I am tremendously pleased to be able to advise our membership that the AATO has been completely successful in its action against the OAA for contempt of court by the OAA ignoring or contravening the Order to stop issuing licenses to Architectural Technologists without the requisite legal authority to do so. In the words of Justice Akazaki of the Superior Court of Justice - Ontario:
"The (AATO) has proven, beyond a reasonable doubt, the required elements for finding the Ontario Association of Architects in contempt of court.
