Colbourne & Kembel, Architects Inc. (“CKA”) are accepting applications from talented and motivated INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGISTS to become an integral part of our team, with a unique opportunity to grow into a senior management position. The position will include managing production staff, coordinating consultants, producing architectural drawings in Revit, 3D modelling, specifications, and Tender/Construction Administration

Experience Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology
• Proficiency in REVIT in both designs and construction documents
• 3D modelling software expertise
• Solid understanding of building codes and regulations
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in design documentation
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Minimum 5 years work experience in an architect’s office
• Good working knowledge of the construction industry, including building materials, construction methods & standards

• Strong command of written and spoken English

Salary:

$60,000 - $95,000, commensurate with experience and skills
