Reinstating Your Membership

Declaration

I hereby apply to be reinstated as a Member with the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario (AATO). I certify that all the statements made within this application are complete and correct. If accepted as a Member, I agree to abide by all the by‐laws and policies set forth by the Association. I understand that the accreditation certificate remains property of the Association and shall be returned upon request or upon cessation of my membership for any reason.

I authorize the AATO to collect and retain the information provided within this application form and file for the duration of my membership with the Association.

Reinstatement Fees

Please note that your Reinstatement Application fee of $125 must accompany this application. If your application is accepted, your membership will be reinstated when the following are ALL complete:

• Receipt of your previous membership certificate
• $300 Reinstatement Fee
• Annual Dues for the current calendar year (prorated to 50% if application is received in July through December)
• Completion of AATO Admissions lecture (3‐hour lecture with no fee to attend)

Reinstatement Application Fee payment can be made by Cheque payable to “The Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario” or by credit card.
